Blue Ribbon Restaurant Menu Expands to More Renaissance Hotels

New York City-based Blue Ribbon Restaurants, known for its upscale comfort food, is expanding to seven more Renaissance hotels across the continent. Already present in our New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Austin locations, the Bromberg brothers’ famous Classics menu (we’re talkin’ BBQ pork sliders, Northern fried chicken wings, white bean hummus toast and the like) will be debuting at the following locations over the coming months:

Arlington, Virginia: Renaissance Arlington Capital View, 5/19
St. Petersburg, Florida: Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club, 5/26
Boston, Massachusetts: Renaissance Boston Waterfront, 6/2
New Orleans, Louisiana: Renaissance New Orleans Arts, 7/8
Orlando, Florida: Renaissance Orlando at Sea World, 7/14
Vancouver, British Columbia: Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside, 7/28
Indian Wells, California: Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort & Spa, 8/4

“Northern Fried” Chicken Wings, with golden honey
White Bean Hummus Toast, with olives, lemon oil
Manchego & Honey Toast
Smoked Salmon Toast, with three onion cream, capers
